Self Adhesive Bubble Foil Insulation Roll

Product Description

Our Self Adhesive Bubble Foil Insulation Roll is a lightweight, high-performance reflective insulation ideal for use in vehicles such as camper vans, motorhomes, classic cars, and commercial vans.

Featuring a foil-faced bubble core with a strong self-adhesive backing, this insulation is simple to install — just peel and stick to clean surfaces such as roofs, side panels, doors, and tailgates.

Once fitted, it helps reduce heat loss, minimise condensation, and improve thermal comfort year-round. The reflective foil layer keeps your vehicle cooler in summer by reflecting radiant heat and warmer in winter by retaining internal warmth.

Installation Instructions

1. **Prepare the Surface** – Ensure the area is clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, or loose debris

before applying.

2. **Measure and Cut** – Measure the surface area and cut the insulation to size using a sharp

knife or scissors.

3. **Peel Back the Liner** – Carefully peel away a section of the release paper to expose the

adhesive backing.

4. **Apply Gradually** – Begin sticking the insulation from one edge, smoothing it down firmly as

you go to prevent air bubbles.

5. **Seal Edges (Optional)** – For extra durability or moisture resistance, seal the edges with

aluminium foil tape.

6. **Avoid Overstretching** – The material is flexible but should not be stretched during installation

to maintain performance.

Maintenance

Wipe clean with a damp cloth when necessary. Avoid using solvents or harsh chemicals on the

reflective surface.
