Car Insulation UK offers free standard delivery on all insulation orders within UK Mainland.
If you require Next Day delivery, place your order before 11am Mon-Fri and it will be shipped the same day.

Delivery
Before you finalise your order, you’ll be given various delivery options to choose from with estimated delivery time and dates depending on the delivery address.
We are trying our best to meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics or bad weather. We will keep you updated as much as we can and you should be able to track your parcel’s progress.
Car Insulation cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier or wrong address provided by the customer.
I'm still waiting for my order
Waited until your estimated delivery date? Please wait a few extra days for your order to be delivered (especially during busy times) - our carriers are always doing their best to get your order to you. Make sure you check your tracking link for the latest updates. If you waited for more than 10 working days and the tracking didn’t have an update, your order is not delivered to you, please contact us so we could send you a replacement using Next Day service.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that your delivery address details are entered accurately and completely at checkout. We rely on the information provided by the buyer to process and deliver all orders.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address (for example, missing house number, postcode error, or wrong street name), the following policy applies:

Once the item is received back, we will issue a refund for the product cost only.

Postage and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund total.

If the buyer wishes to have the order resent, a new delivery charge will apply.
We are unable to take responsibility for non-delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address detailsprovided at checkout.
To avoid delays or additional charges, please double-check your address before completing your purchase.
