Car Insulation UK offers free standard delivery on all insulation orders over £50 and over within the UK mainland.
If you require next day delivery, simply place your order before 11:00 AM (Monday to Friday) and it will be dispatched the same day.
- Standard Delivery (Evri – 3 to 5 Working Days)
Our standard delivery service is handled by Evri and typically takes 3 to 5 working days from the dispatch date. Orders placed before our daily cut-off time are processed promptly to ensure timely delivery. This option is free over orders of £50 and over for most UK mainland addresses.
- Next Day Delivery (Evri or DHL)
For urgent orders, we offer next working day delivery via Evri or DHL, depending on availability and service efficiency in your area.
To qualify for next-day dispatch, your order must be placed before 11:00 AM, Monday to Friday.
Next-day delivery is available from £12.99, depending on the order size and destination.
- Highlands, Remote Areas & Special Zones
Deliveries to UK Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, and other remote regions may take longer and may include additional delivery fees. These charges reflect the logistical requirements of servicing less accessible areas.
- International Shipping
We also offer international delivery. To receive a quote, please contact our team directly with your location and order details. We’ll provide a tailored shipping cost and estimated delivery time based on your destination.

Waited until your estimated delivery date? Please wait a few extra days for your order to be delivered (especially during busy times) - our carriers are always doing their best to get your order to you. Make sure you check your tracking link for the latest updates. If you waited for more than 10 working days and the tracking didn’t have an update, your order is not delivered to you, please contact us so we could send you a replacement using Next Day service.

The Standard Delivery takes 3-5 working days.
We also offer Next Day delivery.
It takes 2-5 working days for orders to arrive within the UK Mainland. If your tracking hasn’t updated within 2 working days, please email us at info@carinsulation.co.uk, and we will investigate this for you.
For orders outside the UK mainland, please allow an additional 3 working days.

Simply, contact our customer services on 02477 670370 or e-mail info@carinsulation.co.uk and state that you are returning your order so that we could ensure it is processed immediately upon receipt. Send the products back and we will arrange an exchange or refund.
We are happy to offer an exchange or a refund, provided an item is returned to us unused, in it's original condition and within 30 calendar days of receipt.
You need to take reasonable care when returning an order to us as you will be responsible for the return.
As such, we recommend taking out a tracked, insured return. If you want an alternative product please call us and we can arrange this for you (shipping fee will have to be covered by the customer).
If the delivery fee was included in the price, we will deduct the delivery costs from the refund's total, once return is received.
